At Karnak Home, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness and cover order processing costs, specific cancellation terms apply to all purchases.

• Standard Order Cancellations: You can cancel orders before dispatch or production, subject to approval.

• Cancellation Fee: A 5% cancellation fee applies to the total order value.

• Refund Process: We will refund the remaining balance to your original payment method within standard processing timelines.

Key Policy Notes

Need to cancel? You must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because these items are tailored specifically for you, you cannot cancel or return custom orders once production begins.

• Dispatched Orders: Once an order ships or arrives at your destination, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
