At Karnak Home, We Understand That Plans Can Change. We Strive To Process, Pack, And Deliver Your Orders As Efficiently As Possible. Because We Begin Processing Orders Quickly To Ensure Timely Delivery Across The UAE, Please Review Our Cancellation Guidelines Carefully Before Placing Your Order.

1. Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

  • Eligible Window: You Have A 24 Hour Window From The Exact Time Your Order Is Placed To Request A Cancellation.
  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations Made Within This 24 Hour Timeframe Are Completely Free Of Charge And Eligible For A Full Refund.
  • How To Cancel: Please Immediately Contact Our Customer Support Team With Your Order Number And Explicit Cancellation Request.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

  • Once The Initial 24 Hour Window Has Passed, Your Order Is Officially Pushed To Our Warehouse Logistics Queue And Prepared For Dispatch.
  • After This Processing Phase Begins, Cancellation Requests Cannot Be Accepted, And No Refund Will Be Issued.

3. Orders With Expedited Or Specific Delivery Windows

  • Early Delivery Requests: If You Request An Expedited Delivery Date That Is Earlier Than Our Standard Indicated Delivery Window, Your Order Is Immediately Prioritized. Because Fulfillment Begins Instantly, These Orders Are Considered Final And Are Not Eligible For Cancellation Or A Refund.
  • In Transit / Processing Framework: If Your Order Falls Within A Tight Or Specific Delivery Time Frame, Or If You Select An Earlier Delivery Date After Order Confirmation, The Order Cannot Be Canceled As Fulfillment And Vehicle Routes Are Already Scheduled.

4. Special And Custom Made Orders

  • Karnak Home Offers Specialized Services Like Custom Fit Wardrobe Modifications, Personalized Furniture Sizes, And Custom Sofa Reupholstery.
  • Non Cancellable: Because Materials Are Allocated And Custom Production Begins Immediately After Your Confirmation Deposit, Customized, Made To Order, Or Personalized Items Cannot Be Canceled, Amended, Or Refunded Under Any Circumstances.

5. Cancellation Refund Processing

If Your Order Cancellation Meets Our Policy Guidelines (I.e., Submitted Within The 24 Hour Grace Period):

  • Online Card/Installment Payments: A Full Refund Will Be Processed Directly To Your Original Payment Method (Visa, Mastercard, Tabby, Or Tamara).
  • Timeline: Please Allow 7 To 10 Business Days For The Credited Amount To Reflect On Your Bank Or Credit Card Statement, Depending Entirely On Your Banking Provider.
