How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our sales team.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days, while customized products may require 7–10 working days.

What is the delivery time for online purchases?

Order now and get your shipment within 4 - 7 working days.

Can you expedite my shipment?

Yes, please contact our customer care after placing the order or before to expedite your shipment but it depends on the availability.

Do you provide free delivery?

Yes. Free delivery is available for qualifying orders based on the order value and delivery location.

How much do I pay for delivery?

Standard Delivery is free with a minimum spend of 400 AED.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes. Address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address after I have made an online purchase?

1. Yes, you can 1 to 2 days prior to the dispatch of the delivery.
2. The large packages do not fit into the entry way or stairway
3. We encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. However, If the furniture does not fit, we will cancel the order and refund Its amount.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

In the event that the customer was not present to receive his/her order. Our team will reschedule the delivery within the following 5 to 6 days with no charges. Contact us on +971588245885 to know the status of your delivery schedule.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Can someone else receive the delivery on my behalf?

Yes, You can. However, in the event of returning or exchanging the product, they are equally responsible for returning the item.

How can I fix an inconvenient delivery schedule?

To Reschedule a delivery, you can simply contact our customer care team through WhatsApp, email or phone.

Do you provide assembly and installation services?

Yes. We provide free assembly and installation for eligible products as mentioned on the product page.

Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?

In Karnak Home, we provide free installation for all products which we mention as free installation on the product page.

PRICING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Tabby installment payments where applicable.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available with an additional AED 20 charge.

Is there an option for Cash on Delivery? Are there additional charges?

To make your shopping experience more convenient. We offer the option of Cash on Delivery with charge of AED 20

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We offer 0% installment payments through Tabby for eligible orders.

Can I avail 0% installment plan for online purchases? If so, is there a minimum purchase amount required in that case?

You can pay through Tabby (minimum order is 200 AED) to avail the 0% installment plan.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An invoice is sent to your email after delivery.

Will I get a bill showing the applied charges?

Yes. Customers will receive an invoice upon delivery through their email with all the details.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Which products cannot be returned?

Customized products, installed products, hygiene-related items, clearance items, and products damaged through misuse are generally not eligible for return.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 4–8 working days after inspection.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before delivery or installation.

Can I cancel the order before the scheduled delivery date? If so then how will be the refund process?

Yes, You can cancel the delivery or reschedule it during or before delivery & customers can get a refund to their account which will take 4 to 8 working days. However, in case it’s cash on delivery, it will take 15 working days and customers will receive it through a cheque.

Will there be additional charges if I cancel or exchange at delivery?

Yes, You can cancel or exchange the order before the scheduled date of delivery without any charges.

How can a product be considered for a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation, if an issue is found post delivery?

If the product is within warranty and falls under manufacturing damages or defect, we will arrange the pick-up and refurbish the product. We will ship this within 7 days from receiving the product.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact our support team immediately with photos of the issue.

Can the correct product be delivered on priority if I receive the wrong one?

Yes, It will be scheduled for delivery the following day or within 48hrs.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Many products include a warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product.
