What is the Delivery Time for any purchase made online?

Order now and get your shipment within 4 - 7 working days.

Is there an option of cash on delivery? If so, what are the additional charges?

To make your shopping experience more convenient. We offer the option of Cash on Delivery with charge of AED 20

What happens if I choose Cash on delivery & there was no one present to receive the package?

If customer fails to receive the shipment, we will reschedule the delivery to the following 5 to 6 days and after 2 attempts order will be cancelled.

Can i avail 0% installment plan for online purchases? If so, is there a minimum purchase amount required in that case?

you can pay through Tabby (minimum order is 200 AED) to avail the 0% installment plan.

Can i cancel the order before the scheduled delivery date? If so then how will be the refund process?

Yes, you can cancel the delivery or reschedule it during or before delivery & customers can get a refund to their account which will take 4 to 8 working days. However, in case it’s cash on delivery, it will take 15 working days and customers will receive it through a cheque.

Will there be any additional charges if I cancel or exchange the product at the time of delivery?

Yes, you can cancel or exchange the order before the scheduled date of delivery without any charges.

How can a product be considered for a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation, if an issue is found post delivery?

If the product is within warranty and falls under manufacturing damages or defect, we will arrange the pick-up and refurbish the product. We will ship this within 7 days from receiving the product.

What if i receive an incorrect product? Can the correct product be delivered on priority?

Yes, it will be scheduled for delivery the following day or within 48hrs.

How can I fix an inconvenient delivery schedule?

To Reschedule a delivery, you can simply contact our customer care team through WhatsApp, email or phone.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery? Can I reschedule it? and will there be any additional charges for the same?

In the event that the customer was not present to receive his/her order. Our team will reschedule the delivery within the following 5 to 6 days with no charges. Contact us on +971588245885 to know the status of your delivery schedule.

Can someone else receive the delivery on my behalf? And can I nominate that person prior to the delivery?

Yes, you can. However, in the event of returning or exchanging the product, they are equally responsible for returning the item.

Can I change my delivery address after i have made purchased online?

1. Yes, you can 1 to 2 days prior to the dispatch of the delivery.
2. The large packages do not fit into the entry way or stairway
3. We encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. However, If the furniture does not fit, we will cancel the order and refund Its amount.

Can you expedite my shipment?

Yes, please contact our customer care after placing the order or before to expedite your shipment but it depends on the availability.

Do I need to assemble the furniture by myself?

In Karnak Home, we provide free installation for all products which we mention as free installation on the product page.

Will I get a bill to see the charges applied?

Yes. Customers will receive an invoice upon delivery through their email with all the details.
