- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or production begins, subject to approval.
- A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value.
- The remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
Important Notes
- Orders that are customized or made-to-order may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
- There is no return once production has started.
- Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement.
- Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
