Unfortunately the swing shaft is still slightly tilted and loose. it should be upright straight hence causing the swing to twist sideways.
even the team visited but couldn't understand until explained and demonstrated by customer. after fix also not corrected.. not a good experience, will not prefer to buy from Karnak store and pass on the same message to friends.
