A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value.
The remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

Important Notes

Orders that are customized or made-to-order may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
There is no return once production has started.
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement.
Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
