Cancellation Policy

At Karnak Home, we understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness and cover processing costs, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or production begins, subject to approval.
• A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value.
• The remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

Important Notes:

• Orders that are customized or made-to-order may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
• There is not return once production will be started.
• Any cancellation request must be received within 24 Hours of order placement.
• Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Returns Policy.
