  • The remaining amount will be refunded via the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

  • Orders that are customized or made-to-order may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
  • There is no return once production has started.
  • Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
